Register with the MCUSD Adult School

Complete the application at:

Email the completed application to tkudela@mcsud.org and dtafoya@mcsud.org.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Certification of a negative TB Test 

• Verification of immunizations for: Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella

• Healthcare Provider Level - CPR Card - AHA, ASHI, or Red Cross are accepted

• Must be able to pass a background check prior to certification

PLEASE NOTE: Students enrolled in the EMT Course will automatically be dropped if they do not attend the first class. If you are unable to attend ALL classes and field clinical scheduled additional hours per Title 22 California EMT Course Training requirement, please consider taking this course in the future.
